Community One announced that it was awarded the management and front desk concierge services at Spire, one of Atlanta’s signature high rise condominiums located in the heart of Midtown at 860 Peachtree Street. Community One assumed management of the Residential and Master Condominium Associations from Novare Management, a subsidiary of Novare, which developed the 29 story mixed-use tower. With over 400 homes, an upscale amenity package and dramatic Midtown views, this prestigious community offers unparalled city living.
