Community One’s property management team helped decreased electrical consumption at Cosmopolitan on Lindbergh by $9,277.74 between 2010 and 2011.
Gary Furbish, COA’s association manager for Cosmopolitan reported: “We did a retro fit on the garage lights, installed timers in various rooms and have been committed to turning off lights, checking rooms as part of our property walks, and keeping thermostats at 68 during the cold months. This is a fairly large savings for a building of this size. We are happy that our efforts have paid off and look forward to even greater savings in 2012 as we look to complete the gradual retro-fit projects we have started.”

Under the agreement, which began December 1, Community One will provide full service condominium association management for Ansley Terrace, a luxury mid-rise condominium building in the Ansley Park district of Atlanta, GA. Ansley Terrace was built in 1989 as apartments and converted to a condominium in 1998. Ansley Terrace offers amenities and style expected from an in-town community.
