(Press Release  Jan. 2012) Community One Associates, a FirstService Residential Management Company, announced today it has finalized a management agreement with Viridian, a 31-story luxury high rise in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

Under the agreement, which began December 1, Community One Associates will provide a full complement of services for Viridian, an award-winning residential development. Viridian is located in the heart of Nashville’s thriving business and entertainment district, a short walking distance to performing and visual arts venues, sports, dining and nightlife. Viridian, the city’s premier residential tower, is the creation of Novare Group and Giarratana Development.
