(Press Release Jan. 2012) Atlanta-based property management company Community One Associates has secured a management relationship with Viridian, a 31-story luxury high rise in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
Under the agreement, which began December 1, Community One Associates will provide a full complement of services for Viridian, an award-winning residential development. Viridian is located in the heart of Nashville’s thriving business and entertainment district, a short walking distance to performing and visual arts venues, sports, dining and nightlife. Viridian, the city’s premier residential tower, is the creation of Novare Group and Giarratana Development.

After vetting numerous management companies east of the Mississippi, Community One was clearly the answer!”

Under the agreement, which began December 1, Community One will provide full service condominium association management for Ansley Terrace, a luxury mid-rise condominium building in the Ansley Park district of Atlanta, GA. Ansley Terrace was built in 1989 as apartments and converted to a condominium in 1998. Ansley Terrace offers amenities and style expected from an in-town community.
