<p>Community One Associates announced that it was awarded the property management and front desk concierge services at Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh, Atlanta’s fastest selling condominium community with over 110 homes sold in the last seven months.   The mid-rise property is located near the intersection of Piedmont Road and Lindbergh Avenue in Buckhead.</p>
<p>Community One kicked off the New Year in style with a catered “Munchies &amp; Mixers” cocktail party for the homeowners on a snowy Thursday night.   Despite the treacherous conditions, a record number of residents packed the luxurious clubhouse to watch the Alabama vs. Texas National Championship football game while celebrating with their neighbors late into the night.</p>
<p>In addition to Cosmopolitan, Communtiy One has expanded dramatically into Atlanta’s intown submarkets by adding other condominium developments including Spire Midtown, Ansley Above the Park, MidCity Lofts, Colony Park, Carrington Park, Heritage and others.</p>
