(Press Release Jan. 2012) Community One Associates, a FirstService Residential Management Company, announced today it has finalized a management agreement with Ansley Terrace Condominium Association, Inc.
Under the agreement, which began December 1, Community One will provide full service condominium association management for Ansley Terrace, a luxury mid-rise condominium building in the Ansley Park district of Atlanta, GA. Ansley Terrace was built in 1989 as apartments and converted to a condominium in 1998. Ansley Terrace offers amenities and style expected from an in-town community.
