The involvement of our Developer & Builders Services program ideally starts during the design and development phase of a new community. Our property management team reviews maps, documents and initial plans to identify potential problems the developer may experience. This early involvement allows management to gain a better understanding of the entire project, including land characteristics, product offerings, sales projections and association involvement.
Working with our client we will establish the operating budget for the association and based on sales projections determine if deficit funding may be required until the association is sustainable from homeowners’ assessments. This is critical information for our clients in determining cash flow for the project.
